Bruce brings 25 years of IT management experience and a systems-first mindset that keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes. He’s steady, organized, and focused on building reliable processes that make the day-to-day feel seamless.
He’s also an experienced traveler—known among friends as the “Vacation Team Lead”—because he has a gift for creating trips that feel effortless, memorable, and locally inspired. That same instinct shows up in cohosting: anticipating needs, elevating the experience, and making guests feel genuinely cared for.

Liz brings 15 years of experience as a registered nurse, where clear communication, calm problem-solving, and attention to detail are second nature. She leads with empathy and patience, but she’s also direct and standards-driven—someone who notices the small things that shape the whole experience.
Her background in safety and quality oversight shapes how Mango Vacay operates: we prevent issues when we can, act fast when they pop up, and communicate clearly from start to finish.
